Settings
Access Settings by tapping the ⚙️ icon in the top-right corner of the Home or Insights tab.
Subscription
Ledgr is free to use with banner ads. Upgrading to Ledgr Premium removes all ads.

Subscriptions auto-renew monthly. You can cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device.
Security
| Option | Description |

| Face ID / Touch ID | Toggle app lock on or off |
When enabled, Ledgr will prompt for Face ID or Touch ID each time the app opens. This is an optional lock — no account or password is required.
The toggle is greyed out if your device does not support biometrics or if Face ID / Touch ID is not enrolled in iOS Settings.
Appearance
Choose how Ledgr looks:

Data
Data Management
Tap Data Management to access backup and restore options.
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| iCloud Sync | Automatically back up your data to iCloud. Toggle on to enable; shows the last sync date when active |
| Export Data | Creates an encrypted backup file of all your expenses and settings. Share it to Files, AirDrop, or any other destination |
| Import Data | Restore from a previously exported file. Imported data is merged with existing data |
| Delete All Data | Permanently deletes all expenses, recurring items, and settings. This cannot be undone. |
Exported files are encrypted with AES-GCM. Keep your backup file safe — it cannot be opened without the app.
