1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using Ledgr ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. License
Ledgr grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
Ledgr offers an optional Ledgr Premium auto-renewable subscription:
- Price: $0.99 USD per month (or local equivalent)
- Billing: Charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Renewal: Automatically renews monthly unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Cancellation: Cancel anytime in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
- Free tier: Core features remain available without a subscription
Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.
4. Your Data
All financial data you enter is stored locally on your device. Ledgr does not transmit your financial data to any server. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of data you enter and for maintaining backups of your exported data.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its infrastructure
6. Disclaimers
Ledgr is a personal finance tracking tool and does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All insights and calculations are estimates for informational purposes only. You should consult a qualified professional for financial decisions.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ledgr and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to conflict of law principles.
